Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) we prossising all orders excluding wholesale or bulk orders.
All orders placed before 12.30pm AEST will be processed 1-3 business days, (day one it same say )
Any orders after 12.30pm AEST will be processed from next business day’s as day one

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
As we do ship via a third party and we are unable to control or are responsible for any delays they experience, We cannot guarantee any delivery times for your item.
When express post being selected at checkout is the shipping service available in onechoice.com.au, This does not refer to the speed in which orders will be packed in our warehouse, below information as a guide approximate for your delivery arrival date,
Parcel Shipping within Australia 2 – 7 business days approximately
Express Shipping within Australia 1 – 5 business days approximately
All orders are have the tracking number once it has been processed and show you the approximately delivery times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery,
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone. As we will always do our best to pack and dispatch both service items asap.
Onechoice do you offer pickups?
Yes – at the checkout, you will see an option pick up.
Pickups are ready on most orders in the same day if you order before 1.30 PM, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
On Saturday and public holidays Pickups will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
You must wait for the ready-for-collection email or SMS before going to the warehouse regarding your order.
